Hicham Bensassi 5+ Year Vision

Overview

Hicham Bensassi is a multi-disciplinary auteur with over 15 years of experience across multi-media art & entertainment including: stage & screen, music production, visual art, and interactive media. With professional acting training at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, Fine Art at the University of the Arts London and visual design at California Institute of the Arts his vision is the creation of an interconnected fictional universe anchored by a debut fantasy mystery novel, which serves as the foundational source material for a feature film adaptation he will direct. This transmedia IP begins through two distinct self contained gaming experiences launching 26/27 followed by the central book launch in 2028. By connecting literature, cinema, and game design, Hicham is redefining immersive storytelling through a cohesive, artist-led trajectory that translates a complex artistic vision into a global commercial IP.

The Vision

Over a five-year window from 2026 to 2031 and onwards, Hicham’s art and intellectual properties are scaling up into major global assets. His creative and commercial roadmap leverages global film box office participation, major literature and book releases, AA/AAA gaming titles, and performance on stage and screen. This expansion will allow for premium brand sponsorships, aesthetic product placement, collaborative commissions, and monetisation opportunities across the entire entertainment sector.

A Long Day in Night Town: Book & Feature Film Adaptation

A Long Day in Night Town is a sci-fi/fantasy book and will be the central pillar and unifying release of Hicham’s creative multiverse. This narrative acts as the connective tissue that connects the worlds of Journey of the Gnomes, A Place Called Vector, and other elements of the universe into a interconnected intellectual property universe. Set for a major debut, A Long Day in Night Town synthesises the lore, mythologies, and themes of the diverse multimedia properties into a definitive literary anchor and multi-platform franchise with scalability across global publishing, music, and cinematic spaces.

A Place called Vector: is a Sci-fi/cyberpunk intellectual property. The franchise officially makes its commercial debut with a flagship first-person shooter (FPS). Designed from the ground up for extensive commercial scalability, the IP features built-in, diversified revenue streams spanning standalone soundtrack distribution, premium art books, and global merchandising opportunities. https://www.aplacecalledvector.com

The Journey of the Gnomes: is a fantasy franchise built for scalability. The IP features a selection of titles in active development, debuting with a commercial Steam launch this November. Beyond gaming, the universe is strategically designed to expand into literature and cinema. Audience & Community

Hicham’s social media output is defined by a distinct cinematic aesthetic, blending abstract art vignettes, atmospheric film pieces, and music visualisers. This content strategy integrates multiple distinct programming streams, including game-branded assets, official trailers, gameplay deep dives, and process documentaries that pull audiences directly into the creative process. Backed by a foundational following of 25K across digital platforms, this community serves as a high-growth baseline for upcoming multi-platform campaigns.

These unified content streams are viable for commercial integration, providing native opportunities for brand deals, sponsorships, product placements, and exclusive creative commissions

Multimedia Production

Hicham is also the creative director and owner of House of Imaginarium, a multimedia production studio specialising in music and literature and now expanding with game & film production. Collaborations include partnerships with Universal Music, Ubisoft, BBC, BMG, V&A Museum alongside a secured music distribution deal with Sony/The Orchard.
